Nimbo Pro is an auto-renewable subscription (weekly, monthly or yearly). Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
The AI features (Create with AI, Transform, Translate, paragraph edits and Ask a PDF) are included with Nimbo Pro, up to 30 AI documents and 200 edits and questions per day. Documents and answers are generated automatically by an AI system and may contain mistakes: review them before relying on or sharing them. They are not legal, medical, financial or other professional advice. You are responsible for the content you submit and must have the right to use it; do not submit content that is illegal or infringes others' rights.
Do not use Nimbo to break the law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to abuse, overload or bypass the service's limits and protections.
The app and its AI features are provided "as is". We may change or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.
